Where do you deliver?إلى أين توصّلون؟
Anywhere in Amman. The delivery fee for your area is shown at checkout, and delivery is free on larger orders.

Can I get same-day delivery?هل يوجد توصيل في نفس اليوم؟
Yes. Order in the morning for delivery the same day, or choose a date and time slot in advance.

How can I pay?ما طرق الدفع المتاحة؟
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard on a secure payment page, CliQ bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

Will my flowers look exactly like the pictures?هل سيكون الورد مطابقاً للصور تماماً؟
Flowers are natural and seasonal, so each arrangement is unique. If a stem is unavailable, we replace it with one of equal or higher value in the same style and colour.
الورد طبيعي وموسمي، لذلك كل تنسيق فريد. إذا لم يتوفر نوع معيّن نستبدله بورد بنفس القيمة أو أعلى وبنفس الأسلوب واللون.
Can I add a card message?هل يمكنني إضافة بطاقة؟
Yes. Every order includes a card with your message, written by hand in Arabic or English, at no extra cost.

Can I change or cancel my order?هل يمكنني تعديل أو إلغاء الطلب؟
Yes, up to 24 hours before the delivery time. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
