1. Orders
You can order on jooriandgo.com, on WhatsApp or in the shop. An order is confirmed when we reply on WhatsApp with your order number and, for card and CliQ orders, when payment is received.
2. Prices
Prices are in Jordanian dinars (JD) and are shown for each size. The delivery fee depends on your area and is shown before you order. Engagement and wedding flowers are priced after a consultation.
3. Payment
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards are paid on our payment provider's secure page.
- CliQ: send the exact total to our CliQ alias with your order number in the note. We start preparing your order once the transfer arrives.
- Cash on delivery: pay the driver in cash when the flowers arrive.
4. Delivery
- We deliver across Amman in the time slot you choose. Times are a window, not an exact minute.
- Please give a correct address and a phone number for the recipient. If the recipient cannot be reached, we contact you to arrange a new time; a second delivery may carry a fee.
- You can also pick up your order from the shop at no charge.
5. Natural flowers and substitutions
Flowers are natural and seasonal, so colours and shapes vary and each arrangement is unique. If a flower or vase is unavailable, we replace it with one of equal or higher value in the same style and colour.
6. Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order up to 24 hours before the delivery time by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number. Paid orders cancelled in time are refunded in full to the original payment method. Orders already prepared cannot be cancelled.
7. Problems with an order
If your flowers arrive damaged or are not what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the order or refund you.
8. Care
Fresh flowers last longer in cool water away from direct sun. Preserved roses must be kept dry, away from water and humidity.

الشروط والأحكام

1. الطلبات
يمكنك الطلب من موقع jooriandgo.com أو عبر واتساب أو من المحل. يُعتبر الطلب مؤكداً عندما نرد عليك على واتساب برقم الطلب، وعند استلام الدفعة لطلبات البطاقة وكليك.
2. الأسعار
الأسعار بالدينار الأردني ومعروضة لكل حجم. تعتمد رسوم التوصيل على منطقتك وتظهر قبل الطلب. تُسعَّر ورود الخطوبة والأعراس بعد الاستشارة.
3. الدفع
- Apple Pay وGoogle Pay والبطاقات: تتم عبر صفحة الدفع الآمنة لمزوّد الدفع.
- كليك: حوّل المبلغ الكامل إلى الاسم المستعار الخاص بنا مع رقم الطلب في الملاحظة. نبدأ التحضير فور وصول التحويل.
- الدفع عند الاستلام: ادفع نقداً للمندوب عند وصول الورد.
4. التوصيل
- نوصل إلى جميع مناطق عمّان ضمن الفترة التي تختارها، وهي فترة زمنية وليست دقيقة محددة.
- يرجى إدخال عنوان صحيح ورقم هاتف للمستلم. إذا تعذّر الوصول إليه نتواصل معك لتحديد موعد جديد، وقد تُضاف رسوم للتوصيل الثاني.
- يمكنك أيضاً استلام طلبك من المحل مجاناً.
5. الورد الطبيعي والاستبدال
الورد طبيعي وموسمي، لذلك تختلف الألوان والأشكال وكل تنسيق فريد. إذا لم يتوفر نوع ورد أو إناء معيّن نستبدله بآخر بنفس القيمة أو أعلى وبنفس الأسلوب واللون.
6. التعديل والإلغاء
يمكنك تعديل الطلب أو إلغاؤه حتى ٢٤ ساعة قبل موعد التوصيل بمراسلتنا على واتساب مع رقم الطلب. تُسترد قيمة الطلبات المدفوعة الملغاة في الوقت المحدد كاملةً إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية. لا يمكن إلغاء الطلبات التي تم تحضيرها.
7. مشاكل الطلب
إذا وصل الورد تالفاً أو مختلفاً عمّا طلبته، أرسل لنا صورة على واتساب خلال ٢٤ ساعة من التوصيل، وسنستبدل الطلب أو نعيد لك المبلغ.
8. العناية
يدوم الورد الطبيعي أطول في ماء بارد وبعيداً عن الشمس المباشرة. أما الورد المحفوظ فيجب إبقاؤه جافاً وبعيداً عن الماء والرطوبة.
