1. Who we are
Joori & Go is a flower shop in Amman, Jordan. This website, jooriandgo.com, is run by Joori & Go ("we", "us"). You can reach us on WhatsApp at +962 79 225 1225.
2. What we collect
- Order details you send us. When you order, you may share your name, phone number, the recipient's name, delivery date and area, and a card message.
- The order form. The form on this website does not store anything on our servers. Pressing "Send on WhatsApp" opens WhatsApp with your order filled in, and you decide whether to send it.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and font provider (Google Fonts) may process basic data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page securely.
- No tracking cookies. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.
3. How we use it
- To prepare, confirm and deliver your order.
- To contact you or the recipient about the delivery.
- To keep sales and accounting records required by law.
Payments
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by our licensed payment provider on its secure page. We never see or store your full card number. CliQ transfers go directly between banks, and cash on delivery is paid to our driver.
4. Sharing
We never sell your information. We share delivery details only with the person or company delivering your order, and use service providers such as WhatsApp (Meta) and Netlify to operate. We disclose information when the law requires it.
5. Card messages
We print or hand-write your card message exactly as you send it, and we treat it as private.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order records only as long as needed to complete the order and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp and we will reply within a reasonable time.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

2. ما الذي نجمعه
- تفاصيل الطلب التي ترسلها: عند الطلب قد تشاركنا اسمك ورقم هاتفك واسم المُستلم وتاريخ ومنطقة التوصيل ورسالة البطاقة.
- نموذج الطلب: لا يحفظ النموذج الموجود على الموقع أي بيانات على خوادمنا. عند الضغط على «أرسل على واتساب» يفتح واتساب وطلبك جاهز، وأنت من يقرّر إرساله.
- بيانات تقنية: قد يعالج مزوّد الاستضافة (Netlify) ومزوّد الخطوط (Google Fonts) بيانات أساسية مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح لعرض الصفحة بأمان.
- لا ملفات تتبّع: لا يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) للإعلان أو التتبّع. وإذا أضفنا أدوات تحليل لاحقاً فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة.
3. كيف نستخدمها
- لتحضير طلبك وتأكيده وتوصيله.
- للتواصل معك أو مع المُستلم بخصوص التوصيل.
- للاحتفاظ بسجلات المبيعات والمحاسبة التي يفرضها القانون.
الدفع
تتم عمليات الدفع بالبطاقة وApple Pay وGoogle Pay عبر مزوّد دفع مرخّص على صفحته الآمنة، ولا نطّلع على رقم بطاقتك الكامل ولا نحتفظ به. تحويلات كليك تتم مباشرة بين البنوك، والدفع عند الاستلام يُسلَّم لمندوبنا.
4. المشاركة
لا نبيع معلوماتك أبداً. نشارك تفاصيل التوصيل فقط مع الشخص أو الشركة التي توصل طلبك، ونستخدم مزوّدي خدمات مثل واتساب (Meta) وNetlify لتشغيل أعمالنا، ونكشف المعلومات عندما يفرض القانون ذلك.
5. رسائل البطاقات
نطبع أو نكتب رسالة البطاقة كما ترسلها تماماً، ونعاملها بخصوصية.
6. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات فقط للمدة اللازمة لإتمام الطلب وللمتطلبات القانونية والمحاسبية، ثم نحذفها.
7. حقوقك
يمكنك أن تطلب منا عرض معلوماتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. راسلنا على واتساب وسنرد خلال مدة معقولة.
8. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويوضّح التاريخ في الأعلى آخر تعديل.
